Germany’s most “disliked” Bulli now on display

A 1953 Volkswagen t1 “Bulli” used as a mobile speedcontrol joins the collection of  Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge!

This T1 Bulli “Radarmessung’” is one of the first in use in Hannover has been in active duty since 1953 untill 1964, when it retired.

It was discovered recently after more than 54 years in a shed.

Amazingly, just an oil change and a new battery and it’s reliable engine started!

This car is on display at the Oldtimerhal of

Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge
Lagerstraße 2, 30453 Hannover
