The 600 V12 version of the R129 SL series is rare on itself.
But, a perfectly maintained, extremely original, fully documented example with only 35000 kilometres is like finding a unicorn.
Since the car was only driven for 35k kilometres and perfectly maintained, the overall condition is as good as new technically as well as optically.
Our SL has never slept one night outdoors so body and undercarriage are 100% rust free.
The 6.0 litre V12 runs as smooth as the day the car left the assembly line. The automatic gearbox shifts without any hesitation.
Since the car was never accidented or used for that matter, the paint is untarnished.
The same can be said for the lovely interior. The leather on the seats, the wood trim on the dash and all buttons look like they have never been used.
