MG TF 1250 5 speed – 1954

MG TF 1250, year 1954. Colour Old English White combined with a black leatherette interior and black carpet.
This wonderful MG TF 1250 was sold new in the United States.
The automobile was restored in the past, the car is in a very good condition, and it drives delightfully. The MG TF is the last incarnation of the legendary MG T series which started with the pre-war MG TA. The MG TF features a wider body with more fluently flared mudguards, a slanted radiator, integrated head lamps and a brand-new designed dashboard with octagonal shaped gauges in the centre.
The MG TF is powered by the 1250 cc four-cylinder XPAG engine which transmits its power through a 5-speed manually operated gearbox which was added later.
This stylish British sports car is fitted with a black vinyl soft top, side-screens with black frames and chrome trim, and a black tonneau cover.
Furthermore, the car features chrome wire wheels, a chrome baggage rack, a chrome badge-bar, a Lucas fog lamp, a period reversing lamp and wind wings (deflectors) on the sides of the windscreen frame.
This is a delightful 1950s British sports car, ready to be enjoyed by a new proud owner.
