Triumph TR 4 – 1965

Triumph TR 4, year 1965. Colour Triumph Racing Green combined with a black leather interior trimmed with white piping and black carpet. Black soft-top. This wonderful Triumph TR 4 is in very good condition and the car shows all the original details, including the original steering wheel and air-filters. It’s predecessor, the Triumph TR 3A, was a rugged British sportscar which was very successful in the rally competition. In the early 1960s the Italian designer Michelotti was asked to design a new bodywork for the rally and race proven TR chassis. The result was the sleek and refined Triumph TR 4 which was not only very handsome, but also much more practical. The TR 4 proved to be an even better sports car with improved handling and steering. This wonderful TR 4 is fitted with silver painted wire wheels and a wooden dashboard. A fantastic driver car in very good condition.
