This is a beautifully restored, executed in Alfa Romeo red (AR501) with a black interior and black art leather upholstery.

This stunning specimen has been restored and rebuilt to a high level of perfection and with an eye for originality – The only ‘sacrifice’ to modern flavor was the fitting of 15-inch Cromodora-style light-alloy Alfaholics rims.

This sublime Alfa Romeo ‘Bertone’ coupé was uncompromisingly restored in the Netherlands in the period 2012 – 2021. The project was led by the specialized company Alfaas. The bodywork was restored by Kousemaker restorations and all mechanical parts were overhauled by specialist Jaques van As. The total cost was more than € 55,000.

The bodywork shows a beautiful fit of the plate parts, perfect paintwork and first-class new and restored chrome trims. The interior has been restored to original specifications with new upholstery, carpet and headlining in brand new ‘factory’ condition!

The dashboard and all other interior parts are in excellent condition. Under the hood, everything presents itself in perfectly restored and as a new original factory condition. The driving experience is fantastic and fully in line with how the Alfa Romeo engineers had in mind.

The two-liter 150 hp twin-cam engine is powerfully accelerated at low revs and power is transferred to the rear wheels via a five-speed gearbox and a rear axle with a limited differential gear! The braking force is provided by power-powered disc brakes all around. A very sporty package in 1972 and still very popular to drive in modern traffic.

And with the unmistakable soundtrack of the Alfa Romeo 105 series that sounds like music to your ears! This Alfa Romeo Giulia 2000 GTV ‘Bertone’ is the best one we have seen and driven in years.
