Saab 96 Monte Carlo – 1967

Saab 96 Monte Carlo 850 from 1967

Blue with a unique blue-gray interior.
This Monte Carlo 850 version is very special for various reasons.
The 3 cyl engine has 850 cc and 3 carburettors with an automatic mix-lubrication system.
The beautiful dashboard should have the nice round gauges and the wooden steering wheel.
The double moldings on the sides.
The seats and back seat are also unique to the Monte Carlo.
This Saab 96 is one of the last 43 pieces produced in 1967 before the V4 engine was introduced.
For this year of construction, a number of features are present, such as the special door trim and the 4-hole wheel mounting.

This classic Saab 96 has been completely restored. The entire body is galvanized.
Photos and invoices of this restoration are available.

This Monte Carlo drives very well.
With 55 hp and 4 gears on the handlebars, it is a very nice experience.
This 850 has disc brakes on the front axle and an alternator.

The quality and the presence of many original details makes this Saab 96 a real car for the enthusiast and collector.
