Rust in Peace GAZ 21?

We’ve spotted this Gaz 21 in Schweringsdorf, Lower Saxony Germany during a flee market. We’re not quite sure when it was build.
We’ve identified this car as a GAZ 21 from the third series, known as the “Baleen”*

We’ve spoken a few words with the owner, this Gaz 21 is not going to be restored.
