Arizona-based Classic Cars by Renucci was founded by former Jaguar chief of vehicle and chassis engineering Mike Renucci in 2005 and began building an updated turnkey version of the CalSpyder replicas that had been sold as kit cars beginning in the late 1970s. The Renucci CalSpyder’s construction is based on a steel tube frame that is fabricated in-house with reinforced body and suspension mounting points. Hand-laid 250 GT California-style fiberglass spyder coachwork incorporates steel and Coremat reinforcements. Very fast Chevy V8 engine with manual gearbox! Fantastic sound and driving experience!!
