The association was founded in 1997 and it is thanks to the participation of three main partners that the project of the national conservatory for vehicles was realized, it is first of all the Meris-Wagner family, former owner of the “Jean Wagner Car Factory” in the rue de Stavelot in Diekirch, then in the City of Diekirch and finally in the Luxembourg State.
