Technischen Sammlung Hochhut

The Hochhut Technical Collection is a foundation for the preservation of historic motor vehicles, motorcycles and engines based in the Gallus district of Frankfurt. It is part of the Rhine-Main Industrial Heritage Route.

The collection arose from a private hobby of the entrepreneur Fritz Hochhut, who collected vehicles, engines, steam engines, Stirling engines and other parts from the fields of drives and vehicles for several decades.

The collection was converted into a foundation in 1998 by Fritz and Karola Hochhut. The purpose of the foundation is the "promotion of culture as well as the promotion of scientific research and education in the field of technology".
