The Westerwald Museum for MOTORCYCLE & TECHNOLOGY opened its doors for the first time on June 6, 1993.

As the owner of the classic car treasure trove, which had been a household name for all friends of old two-wheelers for years, we decided to make our treasures accessible to a wide audience.

We have been able to do this all the better since we reopened our museum in a larger hall in 1995. As a friend of the BMW brand, you will of course encounter a lot of BMW motorcycles and accessories in our museum. But there are also other brands in our collection, such as Zündapp, Horex, Kreidler, NSU and other more or less well-known brands.

But not only motorcycles, but also many other objects that deal with the topics of mobility and life in the Westerwald can be admired here. We hope that you will enjoy our exhibition as much as we had with the collection.
