Ferrari 456M GTA – 2000

This Ferrari 456M GTA is a rare example of the marque’s refined yet powerful modern classic grand tourer in highly original condition. It is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.5-litre V12, producing around 442hp, sending it to the rear wheels via a smooth four-speed automatic transmission. Denoted by its ‘M’ model-name suffix, this example is a ‘Modificata’ or post-facelift 456 with subtly revised bodywork to improve the aerodynamics and cooling, a carbon-fibre bonnet, redesigned seats, fewer dashboard gauges and the stereo ahead of the gearlever. It is finished in a tasteful Argento Nürburgring over a Nero leather-trimmed interior, with matching carpets and featuring embossed Cavallino emblems on the headrests. Equipment includes a switchable sport mode, electric windows, electrically adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, electrically adjustable door mirrors and a Ferrari audio head unit with a Becker six-disc CD changer in the boot. Original owner’s manuals in their correct tan leather wallet, a fully stamped service book by Ferrari dealers, a warning triangle and the tan leather tool kit.
This 456M GTA’s most recent maintenance was carried out in February 2022 at 73,221km by Maranello Motors Koln. The work comprised of a major service including belt replacements. Prior to this, the car was serviced in July 2016 at 68,731 km, which was another major service with replacement cam belts and in 2007 at 47,871 km which was another major routine service with replacement of the belts by Foitek CH.
