Circuit des Remparts d’Angoulême

Born in 1939 in Angoulême, the Circuit des Remparts has established itself since its first edition as an essential event. After more than eighty years and 50 editions, if this event remains mythical despite its turbulent history, it is because it has been able to evolve, reinvent itself and innovate. Now, the Circuit des Remparts hosts several hundred old vehicles every September each year in September that compete in closed-circuits, meet on rallies or are displayed in a competition of elegance and a state competition. For three days, thousands of spectators also enjoy the party and marvel at a show that has nothing to envy to the mythical event of the beginning.
