Automobilmuseum Schloss Lagenburg e.V.
Where could today's horsepower fit better than in the former princely stables? That's probably what Prince Kraft zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg and the motorsport journalist and racing driver Richard von Frankenberg thought when they laid the foundation stone for the "German Car Museum Schloss Langenburg" with a good bottle of wine. The idea quickly became reality, and in March 1970 they were able to open the first car museum of its kind in Germany.
Under the motto "People, Cars and History", the focus today is not only on the rarities made of chrome and sheet metal but also on personalities from the automotive and motorcycle industries. Special emphasis is placed on the beginnings of mobility in Hohenlohe. Thanks to the support of major automobile manufacturers and their suppliers, the museum also succeeds in bringing constantly changing exhibitions to Langenburg and thus making the hearts of car fans beat faster and faster again and again.
