Description
Two classic car fans have set up a museum of old motorhomes and cars in Thumby an der Schlei (Schleswig-Holstein) to share their passion with people. Last year, the museum had to interrupt the first trial operation due to Corona - now it is to start again. The museum focuses mainly on unconventional vehicles. The centrepiece of the exhibition is "Gertrude": a Morris Oxford camper van. So in 1930 we traveled by motorhome. What no one can imagine today was state of the art at the time. But the museum courtyard also has various rarities on wheels to offer. Many of them come from abandoned barns or from the internet.
