Triumph TR4 – 1963

Triumph TR 4, year 1963. Colour dark blue combined with a black leather interior trimmed with white piping and black carpet. Black vinyl soft top. The wonderful Triumph TR 4 was designed by the Italian master designer Michelotti. The TR 4 is an example of 1960s style, and sporty driving fun. The TR 4 was as a sports car also very successful in racing and rally competitions. This example comes from a long time Dutch owner who has owned and cherished the car since 1979! Over these 45 years the car was part of many happy moments. The car is in a very good condition, and it was serviced well. The car shows light to normal signs of careful long-time use and absolutely no rust. The 2138 cc four-cylinder engine runs beautifully and the four speed gearbox with overdrive shifts as it should. This TR 4 shows wonderful original details and is finished in the popular colours dark blue with black.
The wood dashboard with many gauges, and the original steering wheel give a sporty classic feel. This wonderful TR 4 features silver wire wheels shod with Vredestein Sprint Classic tyres, Hella fog/cornering lamps at the front, and an air-horn. This is a wonderful Triumph TR 4 showing all the original details in very good condition!
