Porsche 911 Targa 2.0 – 1967

Porsche 911 2.0 Targa, year 1967.

Chassis number 50067X. Color silver metallic combined with a black leather interior and dark gray carpet.
This Short Wheelbase (SWB) Porsche 911 is a ‘matching numbers’ car (engine and gearbox are factory-supplied with chassis / bodywork), a Porsche Kardex is present to confirm this. This early Porsche 911 Targa comes from the first series of Porsche 911 Targa cars ever built.
The automobile was sold new as ‘soft window Targa’ in the color Irish green.
These early Targa models are extremely rare.
The car was imported from the USA to the Netherlands 22 years ago.
Over time, the car was repainted and a new wiring harness was fitted.
This Porsche 911 Targa is in very good condition with light signs of use.
The car is very well maintained and the 2 liter six-cylinder boxer engine runs and sounds perfect!
The gearbox is a ‘dog-leg’ type with the first gear in the bottom left.
A new coupling has recently been installed.
The car is equipped with original Fuchs wheels, extra spotlights on the hood, leather bucket seats, a Blaupunkt AM radio and a roll cage.
This is a rare early Porsche 911 Targa in very nice and good condition!
The ideal classic Rally car!
